Our line of cold smoke salmon are made from wild  salmon rich in heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids. Salmon fillets are hand-cut, cured using just the perfect blend of ingredients, and slowly smoked using real Alder wood.

A little info about Salmon….

Salmon is considered a healthy and delicious food by the majority of its consumers. With fats (Omega 3) that are considered natural and healthy (no trans fats). These particular types of fats help lower bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol helping lower blood pressure and strengthen the heart.

Salmon and most fish are an excellent source of protein which helps muscle and tissue development.

Salmon contains vital nutrients such as Vitamin A, B, D and minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, and selenium.

Consumption of salmon has been known to improve memory and brain functioning. It also functions as an anti depressant, and so people that are feeling a little “blue,” salmon may help to improve their moods. Consumption of salmon also reduces a person’s chance of the onset of Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s, as well as acting as an anti aging agent.
